World Wide Rave
World Wide Rave is just one of the many books we read in my Media Writing course with Professor Biscotti. The book was written by David Meerman Scott, an online marketing strategist. Although short in length, it includes inspirational stories of people using the web to create their own World Wide Rave. What exactly is a World Wide Rave? Think about creating a buzz, in which people around the world are talking about you or your business. The book addresses everything from social media to Search engine optimization or SEO for short. It is a must read for all people looking for real tips from an expert in web marketing.

No Name Soup Truck
The business I am creating for my media writing class is the No Name Soup Truck. I have always been a foodie and have always wanted to open my own restaurant or food truck. I plan on opening the business in Dover, NH, where this is a younger demographic and a need for a quality food truck. The bar scenes in Dover get quite busy with it being ten minutes from The University of New Hampshire Durham and just the younger hip crowd in general. As of right now, there is only one food truck in Dover and it sells nothing but frozen and fried food. Our soups will be homemade from fresh ingredients no frozen here and our bread will be baked daily.
